We appreciate your interest in adopting a HALT graduate. Our Spring 2025 class is starting, and we are accepting applications for the dogs participating in this session. Check out our Upcoming Events and Facebook page for updates, and places around town where you can come meet them. The adoption fee is $250, and you can learn more about how this fee helps support the HALT program here.

To provide our HALT dogs with the best possible home environment, we ask you to complete this adoption application below. Our goal is to find the best match for the dogs and for the families interested in adopting, pairing the best qualities and needs of both together.

HALT’s Adoption Committee will review all applications and complete veterinary and reference checks, interviews,  home visits, and overnight visits. Please note, that while applications and home visits will be conducted prior to graduation, dogs are not able to go to their new homes until the completion of the HALT classes.
