Adoption Event – PetSmart Morrell Rd

PetSmart is hosting their National Adoption event September 15-17. HALT will be there Sunday from 1-3pm. Come by to meet our fall class! Half Pint, Lila, Will, Kate and Petals will be fresh off their first week of class. They’ll go through 4 weeks of training and are looking for their new, forever homes. They’ve all been spayed or neutered, fully vaccinated, micro-chipped, and on heartworm preventative. Stop by to say hello and meet this great group of dogs!

The University of Tennessee Gardens, Knoxville, is going to the dogs for a Howl-O-Ween Pooch Parade and Pet Expo. The event, sponsored by the UT Gardens and the UT College of Veterinary Medicine, caters to dogs and dog lovers and will be held in the UT Gardens on the Institute of Agriculture campus. Join us for the costume pet parade emceed by Erin Donovan with prizes, pet businesses, H.A.L.T. and many other rescue groups, family fun, and food!  howloween

Adoption Event – Meadow View Greenhouse

Come by to meet our new Fab 5 that will be participating in the fall class. We have Petey, Stewie, George, Pickles and Abby.

All dogs are spayed, fully vaccinated, microchipped, on heartworm preventative, and will have basic commands training after they spend 4 weeks with their teen trainers. Our adoption fee is $150. Applications are being accepted now. Dogs will be ready to go to their new homes after the first week of October. (Due to our home visit policy, applicants must live in the Knoxville area)
