UT Gardens and UTCVM are hosting their annual Howl-O-Ween Pooch Parade and Pet Expo! This fun event caters to dogs and dog lovers. They will feature a judged costume parade with prizes, and an expo of educational booths, pet-related businesses, and local rescue groups. 1they will be hosting a pet food drive to benefit Young-Williams Animal Center, so be sure to bring some pet food, too!
Volunteer East TN is hosting their annual Volunteer Expo at West Town Mall! HALT will be there along with dozens of area organizations on hand to share information about their programs and volunteer needs. It’s a great way to visit with several different non-profits in one location to find your perfect fit! Stop by our booth to learn more about HALT, volunteering and our great dogs looking for their forever homes!
Come by to meet our dogs participating in the fall class. They are looking for their forever homes! They will be halfway through the class at this point, so they’ll be able to show off some of their new skills. All dogs are fully vaccinated, microchipped, on heartworm preventative, and will have basic training at the end of their 4-week course. We are accepting applications. All dogs will be able to go to their new homes October 5th.

Lena is a brindle female mix. She is approximately a year old and 28 lbs. She’s a spunky girl that’s eager to please.

Join us for our first adoption event of the fall season at CitiFid-O! This will be our Fab 5’s first outing before starting classes on 09/10. We’re starting to learn their personalities and will be excited to spend more time with them working on socialization.

Saturday, May 19th we will be at Fido Fest 2018! This 2nd annual event is being hosted by The Pinnacle at Turkey Creek. There will be lots of vendors, groups, food, games, and fun. The event will be set up near Cru Bistro.
They’ve partnered with our friends at Young Williams Animal Center and local retailers to create an afternoon that celebrates our four-legged friends. Bring the whole family to enjoy a pet photo booth, kids’ activities, food trucks, local vendors and live entertainment! Stay tuned for a full list of vendors, sponsors and giveaways. Tickets are $5 and proceeds go to support Young-Williams. Kids under 10 years old are free! All animal lovers and four-legged friends are welcome. Help us celebrate being a pet-friendly shopping center at the Pinnacle!
