Adoption Event #2: Ijams Nature Center

Fall is just around the corner! Our second event will be at Ijams Nature Center. We invite you out to meet our new “Fab 5” that will be participating in class this session. They are looking for their furever homes! They will be through their first week of class by this event, so they’ll be able to show off some of the skills they’re learning.
This session we have Barbie, Ken, Midge, Asha, and Jazzie.

- Ken is a listed as a shepherd mix. Gentle, sweet boy, loves a good belly rub! Approx 1yr and 40 lbs

- Midge is listed as lab mix. She is a friendly girl who may like a low-key household. Approx 3yrs and 49 lbs.

- Jazzie is listed as a lab/hound mix. She’s a young lady with lots of energy and loves to have fun. Approx 6-8 months and 33 lbs

- Barbie is listed as a young female boxer mix, very social, smart, loves attention. Approx 7-8 months, 39 lbs

- Asha is listed as a shepherd mix. She is affectionate, playful, and smart. Approx 8-10 mo, and 42 lbs.
All dogs are medically screened, fully vaccinated, microchipped, on heartworm preventative, and will have beginner basic obedience training at the end of their 4-week course.
We are accepting applications and will work on home visits while classes are going on. All dogs will be able to go to their new homes on Friday, October 6th, after graduations.
All breeds and ages are the best guess from our Dog Selection Committee and Veterinarian.
